Living in the shadow of the volcano: For extreme fear & uncertainty

This essence helps people cope with all levels of uncertainty,   but especially those who live with a time bomb that may blow any second.  This might be a violent or irascible person, an unpredictable health condition, a challenging environment; the knowledge  that just a small thing could tip the balance between success and failure, happiness or disaster, and so on.  This essence helps us cope with the ambiguity, anxiety, doubt, hesitation, indecision, insecurity, procrastination or vagueness that is engendered.  It helps us to live more in the moment,  balance our fears with a healthy optimism that things will work out for the best, or help us change our circumstances where we feel a victim, to one where we will not only survive, but flourish .
