American Sycamore Tree Moss: Let your hair down

This is a very joyful essence which brings out our sense of fun and ability to let go and enjoy ourselves. It acts like the proverbial ‘spoonful of sugar’ which helps the medicine go down in a large fizzy, bubbly party pack full of pleasure and laughter.  In this way it helps us to achieve a better balance when the serious side of our life and personality is dragging us down.
