Amaryllis: You’re beautiful. It’s true!

Most people, when asked to look in a mirror and say, ‘I’m beautiful’, either cannot carry out the task or cry.  We lack confidence in or worry about our appearance, doubt their own beauty, obsess about an aspect of our body, or simply feel ugly.  However, no-one is perfect, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and many people society considers beautiful lead unhappy lives.  Amaryllis helps us from self doubt, negativity and hate to feelings of being loved and loveable.  It helps us feel happier inside so our inner beauty shines through and we start to love ourselves, imperfections and all!
