Haven Falls: For feeling swept away by events

A steam runs gently and happily down the valley at Tintagel before suddenly plummeting over the cliff down to Merlin’s cove. This is Haven Falls.  After rain, it can be heard roaring its presence from a distance, but close up the noise magically vanishes and all is peace and joy. 

Within seconds our lives can, similarly, abruptly change from a gently, peaceful journey to deep, dark chaos. We are swept off our feet and plunged down to who knows where. Although we know that such tragedies and traumas make us wiser, we still need help to cope.  This essence supports us through times of deep change and significant turning points in our life. Its energy is spiritually cleansing and sacred.  For those in deep distress it will effect the release of emotion whilst bringing rejuvenation, renewal of spirit and peace.
