Beneath the Waves: Peace in a Storm

Beneath the waves is a peaceful, calm and quiet space where we can take ourselves when life gets overwhelming and we simply cannot cope any more.  Away from the turbulence around us, we can achieve balance and control and start to view our situation more impartially.  Instead of the pressures of ‘must’ and ‘ought’ we can simply enjoy ‘now’ and be confident that all will work out eventually for the best.
