Honouring Our Inner Child

The combination comforts and rebalances that part of our inner child that has been hurt or damaged, whilst bringing out its most spontaneous and joyful traits.  Part of the process is to help us to truly accept and love ourselves as we are, to forgive those who have caused those restricting hurts and pains such as fear, regret and lack of trust and to choose to move on from a numbing past to a joyful, fun-loving and positive future.
