This combination aims to help us reconcile and release any problems remaining from our adolescent years such as heartaches of unrequited love and broken relationships, including those with members of our family; issues relating to our body and appearance which have become translated into destructive behaviour in our adult life; sexual problems; loneliness arising from our failure to recognise our inherent talents and to find our place in society; and inability to make the right of passage from child to adult so that we try to exist as perpetual Peter Pans avoiding responsibilities and commitments. As these issues are addressed and resolved, our inner adolescent strengths can shine through so that, whilst remaining responsible adults, we can still feel passion, live in a world that is essentially good, take occasional risks, experiment and try new things and remain youthful in all aspects of our lives.
