Heart and Home: Find the sweet home-place for Self

Heart and Home is a synergetic combination of Apple, Oak and Linden tree mosses. At the simplest, it is useful for homesickness - the physical and emotional ache that comes from being away from family, friends, roots or mother country.  But the essence will also help those whose pain comes from not belonging;  who feel  different, isolated and lonely, even ‘from another planet’.  For  both groups, Heart and Home links the base and fourth chakras, easing the feelings of loneliness and pain and helping the development of a safe, happy place ‘within’, so we feel content and secure wherever we live.
